Mick Alexander
Mick is a partner in "Grazing BestPrac" and the driving passion
behind "Grazing BestPrac" and change in the rural industry today.
He has been continuously involved in the grazing industry since growing up on the family farm at Bowenville, working in the business for 10 years and deciding there was more to life than family conflict. He completed tertiary education, initially at Dalby Agricultural College and later at University of Queensland, Gatton. Mick has a sound understanding of both the climatic/ soil management issues of grazing in Australia and the economics of making the business work today. He has worked in the areas of resource management with the Taroom Shire Landcare Group and more recently RCS.
His focus is on assisting people to manage change in rural communities and to take action towards a happier healthier future. Mick is a key trainer of sustainable grazing, visions and goal setting and computerised property planning.
    

    

Noela Alexander
Noela Alexander is the Grazing BestPrac Administration Officer and
chief organiser of activities in Central Queensland. Noela was born in the Rockhampton district, schooled locally and worked within the region for most of her life. Her specialist field for Grazing BestPrac is organisation and customer service. She will be managing client contact and admin.
    

   

Meg Luke
Meg is a grass roots grazier from Clermont, Central Queensland, who is excited about life in rural Australia. She has made many changes in her life in the past few years and is now truly achieving her dreams. Meg has a passion for rural Australia and the grazing industry, especially breeding beef cattle. Her real ambition today is to assist other people within rural Australia to achieve their visions and goals. Meg will be managing the Visions and Goals Workshops in 2007.
     

   

Philip Tindall.
Philip is a very passionate grazier from the Muttaburra district of western Queensland . He and his wife Judy and family have recently sold a highly profitable grazing operation “Hillview” in the Muttaburra district. Philip is an excellent resource for clients in all areas of Queensland . If you have an issue, looking at changes to enterprises, feed budgeting etc, give him a call.  Philip’s speciality is managing grass pastures.

He is teaching the “Technology of Growing Grass” and assisting with business analysis.
